Return or Exchanges
If, for any reason you are not happy with you hardware you can return it within 30 days of the original sale. All returned items are subject to restocking fees (see returns page for details). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The exception to this policy is when an item is shipped incorrectly or damaged from one of our shipping warehouses. To receive refunds on returned goods, the items cannot be damaged from installation, must be in their original containers in good condition with all of the parts inside. Some of our products are shipped from different locations. Please fill out a return request, so that we can give you the correct return address.

Or, Just contact us with your return information by filing return form. For your convenience, we’ll send you a shipping label. The shipping cost will be deducted from the credit issued. Return shipping cost uses the same rates as our regular shipping schedule below.
We CANNOT send return labels to International customers.
30 Day change of mind
You can return or exchange any item within 21 days of purchase in original, resalable condition including any packaging. The postage cost to return items will be at your expense.

- Name
- Reason for return
- If you would like a refund or exchange
Return or Exchange your item
Print out the RA form emailed to you. Post your damage free item back to us at your own cost. Please contact us if you are unsure what postal service to use.
