INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we will ship internationally. Any international orders will be billed actual shipping costs.


We do ship internationally, but there are a few things you should be aware of when ordering your door hardware for international shipments.

1 – We ship some products direct from the manufacturer. Not all manufacturers will ship internationally. Before we can ship to you, we may need to have the product shipped to our location and then forwarded on to you. We don’t charge extra shipping to do this, but it does take longer for you to receive your hardware. 

2 – All Duties, taxes or other fees assessed when your order arrives in your country are your responsibility. This can become expensive if you need to return an item or forget to order everything that you need the first time. 

3 – Our website estimates shipping costs to your country. Most of the time this estimate is very close to the actual cost but occasionally it is not quite accurate. If the estimate is not enough we will be the actual shipping cost. If the estimate was too much, we will credit you the difference.

4 – We do not cover the cost of international shipping should a warranty issue arise. Unfortunately the Manufacturers will not cover this cost and we are unable to do so. If there happens to be a warranty issue with a lock, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the defective item and shipping of the replacement.

Returns or Exchanges

If, for any reason you are not happy with you hardware you can return it within 30 days of the original sale. All returned items are subject to restocking fees (see returns page for details). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The exception to this policy is when an item is shipped incorrectly or damaged from one of our shipping warehouses. To receive refunds on returned goods, the items cannot be damaged from installation, must be in their original containers in good condition with all of the parts inside. Some of our products are shipped from different locations. Please fill out a return request, so that we can give you the correct return address.
